The experience was amazing considering we had missed the original vacation date due to the Covid 19 regional lockdown. Let me tell you why I gave them a 5 star rating. They handled my vacation to Kenya; from my ticket, to the visa and the resort.. The resort was AMAZING, so serene!! My family and I had an AWESOME time and created so many memories that we will cherish forever. Poor communication is a pet peeve of mine and they passed the test. They constantly kept in touch with me concerning dates, travel times, preferences, check in times, site seeing & restaurant suggestions etc. which created a seamless transition for me. I had to change my ticket last minute and their execution was remarkable. I was very impressed by their professionalism and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will highly recommend Nativity Safaris to anyone planning on vacationing in Kenya or anywhere in the world.
